Registration is confirmed after full payment has been received. We encourage you not to make travel plans until you have received confirmation via email that your payment has been received and that your class has met the minimum enrollment required.
If Hook Pottery Paper cancels a class for any reason, students enrolled in the class you will receive a full refund.
If a student cancels their participation in a class, cancellations must be made two weeks prior to the scheduled start of the class to receive a refund minus a $15 administrative fee. If a student cancels within less than 2 weeks of the class there will be no refund or credits toward future courses.
